OnePlus has released the already announced OnePlus 12 and 12R on the European market. The phones cost 949 and 699 euros respectively. The OnePlus 12 can be seen as the ultimate flagship and the 12R as the cheaper alternative.

OnePlus returns to its roots with the OnePlus 12R. It is an affordable flagship. One that can make a name for itself. It gets the same, clear screen as the OnePlus 12. The camera system consists of a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide angle and a 2MP macro lens.

To save costs, a generation-old Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 was chosen. Interestingly, the 12R has an infrared transmitter, something that OnePlus has only used since the OnePlus Open.
