It has now been exactly one week since a Norwegian woman won the first prize in the Eurojackpot and received more than NOK 1.36 billion, the largest payout ever in this country. The draw on Tuesday 23 January was not as dramatic, but there were still winners and we got a new Norwegian Eurojackpot millionaire.

One player from Poland and one player from Finland won the second prize and can collect NOK 6,701,630 every.
-
In addition, a man from Høyanger was drawn as the national winner and won 1 million kroner.
National millionaire winner
A man from Høyanger in Vestland became the evening’s national winner and received the prize of NOK 1 million. The man was at work when we called him to tell him about the prize.
– 1 million? Oh, that sounded really good, says the man.
He did not have time to say much about what the prize was going to as he had to return to his work. We agreed to talk later in the evening when he had finished work.
When we spoke to the winner later in the evening, he had returned home and showed his wife that he had become a millionaire during the evening.
– She became ecstatic, says the man, laughing.
The man says that the prize must be used sensibly.
– It will be enough to invest in housing and save a little, he says in conclusion.
The westerner had bought the coupon with his mobile phone.
We congratulate.
