Officers evacuated the vehicles involved series of accidents on Jl Raya Puncak, Bogor, West Java. Vehicle flow was temporarily closed during the evacuation process.

At the location, residents were seen crowding to watch the evacuation process. The flow of vehicles from Puncak to Jakarta and vice versa is temporarily closed in both directions during the evacuation process.
“Currently there is still a closure because there is an evacuation process going on. Maybe after this there will be traffic engineering,” said Traffic Head AKP Rizki Guntama at the location, Tuesday (23/1/2024).
14 Accident Victims
Bogor Police Chief AKBP Rio Wahyu Anggoro said there were 14 injured victims in the accident.

Of the 14 victims, 11 were adults and 3 were children. The victims are currently being taken to hospital.
Rio said the victims suffered from minor to serious injuries.
“Until now, the injuries are serious and light,” he added.
The cause and chronology of the accident is not yet known. Currently the police are still investigating the crime scene at the scene.
