Director’s Designated Collaborator Position at Municipal Social Action Center: Job Description and Requirements

Reporting to the Director of the Municipal Social Action Center and member of the Management Committee, you will be the Director’s designated collaborator and will play a key role in optimizing the daily management of the establishment.

MISSIONS

* Support for the Director’s activity: organization of the schedule, preparation of documents for meetings, management of meetings and governance bodies, anticipation of important events.
* Administrative management: physical and telephone reception, processing of mail, monitoring of the leave schedule, processing of ad hoc files, management of emails in the absence of the Director and within the limits of her delegation, drafting of documents and letters, instruction own administrative files.
* Responsibility of the bodies: preparation of meetings of the management committee and the board of directors, participation in meetings, preparation of reports, administrative monitoring of the implementation of decisions, production of the administrative acts book.
* Writing and updating procedures related to the operation of the establishment.
* Coordination of the activity of the management team: assistance with the organization of work, organization of business continuity and executive constraints, information and communication, control of meeting logistics.

Minimum Bac+2 level in administrative management, you have proven experience in similar functions.
* Autonomous and driven by a real sense of responsibility, you know how to effectively manage your working time and priorities.
* You master administrative management, secretarial and communication techniques.
* Your written communication skills (writing, synthesis, spelling) are proven, as well as your sense of organization and priority management.
* Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and an impeccable professional posture, you represent the establishment to all types of interlocutors (elected officials, executives, partners, etc.).
* You are familiar with the professional environment of local authorities.

ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS

– Full-time position
– Remuneration according to experience
– Recruitment within the framework of employment of Territorial Editors by statutory means (transfer, secondment or registration on a suitable list), failing which, renewable 3-year fixed-term contract.
