Traffic Updates and Maintenance on A50/A57 Motorways: Toulon Metropolis – January 22-26, 2024

A50/A57 motorways: your traffic conditions in the Toulon metropolis

VINCI Autoroutes will carry out maintenance work on equipment on the A50 motorway and the Toulon tunnel next week. At the same time, the widening of the A57 will continue with complex and technical night operations.

In order to guarantee the safety of teams and users, these interventions will require traffic modifications on the A50 and A57 motorways. To limit disruption to traffic, operations will take place at night, during the week, from Monday January 22 to Friday January 26, 2024, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.

The night of Monday 22 to Tuesday 23 January 2024*

In the direction of Nice:

• Closing of the Toulon tunnel
  • Towards Nice: drivers will have to take the exit ramp from the interchange Toulon Le Port (n°16).
• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchangers of Toulon Center (n°17) and Valletta South (n°4).
  • Drivers must take the exit at the traffic interchange. Toulon le Port (n°16).
• Closing from the exit ramp Valgora – Université (5b – 5c).

In the direction of Toulon:

• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchangers of Valletta North (n°5) and Toulon East (n°2).
  • Drivers must take the exit at the traffic interchange. Valletta North (n°5).
• Closing from the exit ramp of the interchange Saint-Jean-du-Var (n°1).

The night of Tuesday 23 to Wednesday 24 January 2024*

In both directions of traffic:

• Closing of the Toulon tunnel
  • Towards Nice: drivers will have to take the exit ramp from the interchange Toulon Le Port (n°16).
  • Towards Marseille: drivers will have to exit at the exit ramp of the interchange Toulon Center (n°17).

In the direction of Nice:

• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchanger Toulon Center (n°17) and the interchange of Saint-Jean-du-Var (n°1).
  • Drivers must take the exit at the traffic interchange. Toulon le Port (n°16).
• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchanger Valletta Center (n°3) and the exchanger Valletta South (n°4).
  • Drivers must take the exit at the traffic interchange. Valletta Center (n°3).
• Closing from the exit ramp Valgora – Université (5b – 5c).

In the direction of Toulon:

• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchangers of Valletta North (n°5) and Valletta Center (n°3).

The night of Wednesday 24 to Thursday 25 January 2024*

In the direction of Nice:

• Closing of the Toulon tunnel
  • Towards Nice: drivers will have to take the exit ramp from the interchange Toulon Le Port (n°16).
• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchanger Toulon Center (n°17) and the interchange of Saint-Jean-du-Var (n°1).
  • Drivers must take the exit ramp from the interchange Toulon Le Port (n°16).
• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchanger Valletta Center (n°3) and the exchanger Valletta South (n°4).
  • Drivers must take the exit ramp from the interchange Valletta Center (n°3).
• Closure of the A57 motorway between the exchangers of Valletta North (n°5a) and Round Stone (bifurcation A57 / A570).
  • Drivers must take the exit at the traffic interchange. Valletta North (n°5a).
• The La Bigue area will be closed.
