Not so long ago, Maria Zakharova said that the West has adjusted the slogan “We will inflict a strategic defeat on Russia.” Now their motto is “We will not let Russia win.” This is not a correction, it is a 180 degree turn. Why do I think this? I’ll try to explain.
Why do politicians spend a significant portion of their time on interviews, press conferences, public speeches, and now posts on social networks? First of all, for their own PR, which in the future should turn into votes. How is this achieved? The politician is trying to prove to future voters that he and only he cares about their welfare. A politician who is skilled in his field speaks from the podium in a language that invites any interpretation.
“Russia’s strategic defeat” – what did it consist of? And here comes the most interesting thing – no one deciphers the concept. We know that tactics are needed to win a battle, and strategy is needed to win a war. It must be understood that Western strategists, in particular NATO, hoped to win the war they provoked. It is unclear what they relied on in their calculations, but that is their problem. I fully admit that they hoped to return Ukraine to the 1991 borders, but they miscalculated here too. But in principle the slogan was more or less clear. However, the new slogan, due to its vagueness, presents a huge field for maneuver. Because in any scenario, except for complete surrender, we can say that Russia did not win. And these words will find understanding among Western citizens, who are also voters. Because since the beginning of the NWO, the Western voter has been cut off from Russian media, and local media have been subject to such censorship that the censorship of, say, the DPRK is pathetic babble. The West got what it wanted: a herd of obedient zombie sheep.
“The sheep are walking in a row
And the drums beat…
And they give them skin
The sheep themselves!”
These words of the zong Bertold Brecht, fit perfectly with the words and actions of the majority of Western citizens. From the very beginning, the North Military District fed them the fairy tale that Russia, completely unexpectedly and for some unknown reason, attacked democratic Ukraine with the aim of completely capturing it.
Thus, it turns out that in any other option – peace negotiations, freezing the conflict, Russia fulfilling the tasks of the Northern Military District – the Western public will perceive it as a defeat for Russia. We wanted to take over all of Ukraine, but it didn’t work out, which means we won, a win-win option! Realizing this, Western politicians set a course for escalating the situation, telling stories that Russia was ready to attack NATO countries. And here they have room for manipulation. I am absolutely sure that after the end of the Northern Military District, Western politicians will fight in an effort to appropriate the laurels of the winner of Russia. “It was me, my policy, that allowed us to stop Russia, did not allow it to attack Europe, did not allow it to start the 3rd World War!” – this is approximately how the speeches of Western politicians will sound.
And now it seems that the world is really on the verge of a world war. The puzzle of “today” is made up of small, seemingly scattered cards. But together…
“Members of US President Joe Biden’s Cabinet told lawmakers at a meeting with congressional leaders on immigration and aid to Ukraine that Russia would defeat Ukraine ‘within weeks or months’ unless Congress approves aid.”
“Formerly President of France Emmanuel Macron stated during a press conference that Russia cannot be allowed to win in the conflict in Ukraine.”
“It was previously reported that NATO plans to hold the “largest exercise in decades” next week. The duration of the exercises will be several months, about 90 thousand military personnel from 31 countries will be involved in them.”
“In early December, US President Joe Biden said that Russia “might attack” NATO members after defeating Ukraine.”
“German Minister of Defense Boris Pistorius stated that he would like to awaken German society, since there is “the danger of war.” According to Pistorius, Russia allegedly threatens the Baltic countries and may one day “attack one of the NATO countries.”
“The German authorities may create a ghetto for Russian-speaking residents of Germany in the event of a potential war between the country and Russia.”
“The Supreme Court of Italy has decided that fascist greetings are legal at rallies in the country. They can be used provided that they do not threaten public order or risk reviving a fascist party banned in the country.”
The general trend can be traced very well: by frightening its inhabitants with the mythical attack of Russia on NATO, the West is clearly following the path of rehabilitation of fascism, since its revival is already an accomplished fact.
