Implementation of Polio Vaccination at MI Thohir
National Immunization Week or commonly known as PIN is an important activity held every year to improve the level of health in the community through immunization. Immunization itself is a preventive measure by giving vaccines to individuals so that their bodies can build immunity against certain diseases. The immunization target in Pulungdowo Village involves children aged 0-7 years. The main goal is to provide comprehensive protection to children to avoid polio disease by providing the polio vaccine. On several occasions, immunizations held at schools are also aimed at checking the levels of iodized salt in family cooking.
