Details: As the border guards reported, at one of the control posts, during an inspection by the border patrol of the Mukachevo detachment, the driver of a Mitsubishi vehicle refused to provide the car for inspection.

More details: The State Border Guard Service noted that the detainee had repeatedly come to the attention of operatives of the Mukachevo border detachment as a person involved in illegal activities.
It is reported that the border guard was taken to the hospital with injuries.
In relation to both citizens who refused to comply with the legal requirements of the border patrol, protocols were drawn up on their committing an administrative offense under Article 185.10.
In addition, about the detection of signs of a crime under Art. 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine “Threat or violence against a law enforcement officer,” border guards sent a message to the National Police.
Also, to identify signs of an offense, liability for which is provided for in Art. 184 of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Failure of parents or persons in their stead to fulfill their responsibilities for raising children”, a message will be sent to the children’s service, Vinogradovsky and Beregovsky city councils and the Beregovsky district police department.
