He clarified that in the zones of responsibility of troop groups in all directions, engineers of the Russian Armed Forces, in order to increase the stability of defense and limit the mobility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the enemy’s counter-offensive, quickly prepared a highly effective system of engineering obstacles.
