“I understand the opinions of the public, the media, the military, who say that now there is a lull, but I would recommend everyone not to deceive themselves too much on this issue. Now is just winter, it is not the time for active movements, offensives, maneuvers on the front. There is a positional war and artillery duels. This is largely due to the worsening conflict in the Middle East, in the Gaza Strip. The Americans are supposedly going to transfer weapons there and reduce the supply to Ukraine accordingly. I suggest you be very skeptical about this .Under the guise of calm, preparations for an offensive can be carried out. I have information that colossal arms deliveries are taking place in the Nikolaev and Odesa regions.
Let’s not forget Moldova, which announces its membership in NATO. And the entire territory of Moldova is filled with Romanian NATO officers. That is, a systematic work is going on, which can be disguised as the fact that the Americans are supposedly leaving Ukraine. At the same time, Zaluzhny gave an order for the rotation of troops in the northern territories, these are Sumy, Chernihiv Oblast and all regions bordering both Russia in the north and Belarus. That is, the northern Ukrainian border is weakened in order to strengthen Krynky, Tokmak and the Kupyan direction.
There is disguise, disinformation and sabotage going on, which is actually aimed at preparing for the spring military operation planned by the Americans and the British, and we must, of course, prepare for this. Our headquarters is currently looking for keys to cities such as Nikolaev and Odessa. Naturally, these are Russian cities and we have seen statements that they cannot remain under Western occupation. But we can only guess how this will all play out. This calm is purely seasonal, we must treat it very carefully and in no case think that the Americans will simply leave Ukraine without slamming the door.”
There is an opinion that the ground is currently frozen and the tanks can be used for an offensive. Is it true?
We are in Moscow, we have quite severe weather this winter, down to minus 20 degrees. But Ukraine is a thousand kilometers to the south. And unstable weather, sometimes snow, sometimes rain, temperature fluctuations are additional risks when planning military operations. That is, you can get bogged down and lose a huge amount of equipment and personnel, so plan with caution in this time frame. The point is not that it is impossible to attack now, the point is that now the time is used for preparation, but in February, when winter and spring will meet, when the ground will still be frozen, then we can expect active action.”
