“Prasert Chandraruangthong-Somsak Thepsuthin” resigned as MPs from the Pheu Thai Party, replacing La-ong Tiyapairat-Nanat Hongchuwet as MPs.

On January 16, 2024, the Royal Gazette website published an announcement of the House of Representatives regarding allowing people whose names are next in line on the list of political parties to be promoted to become members of the House of Representatives to fill vacant positions, signed by Mr. Wan Muhammad Noor Ma. Therefore, by virtue of Section 105 (2) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2017,Announcement of the next names in the list of the Pheu Thai Party Promoted to become an MP instead, Ms. La-ong Tiyapairat, who is on the list of the Pheu Thai Party, number 32.

Another announcement from the House of Representatives: Mr. Somsak Thepsuthin, whose name is on the list of election candidates. List of MPs of the Pheu Thai Party, number 11, has issued a letter requesting to resign from being an MP effective January 15, 2024, causing Mr. Somsak’s membership to be terminated according to Section 101 (3) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2017 Therefore, by virtue of Section 105 (2) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2017,Announcement of the next names in the list of the Pheu Thai Party Promoted to become an MP instead is Mr. Nanat Hongchuwet, who is on the list of the Pheu Thai Party, number 33.
