The KPU will hold the fourth debate in the presidential election (Pilpres) on January 21. The Commander of the Prabowo-Gibran Territorial National Campaign Team (TKN), Ahmad Doli Kurnia, said that the presidential candidate number 2 Gibran Rakabumimg Raka did not use an attacking strategy in the debate.
“So don’t, don’t then the substance of what we want to do in the future will be lost because we correct each of us too much. Yes, if we talk about each other’s weaknesses, there will definitely be some,” said Doli at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (16/1/2024).
Doli said that his party was limited to dealing with the personal matters of each candidate. He said Gibran would not expose his disgrace and explain more about the substance.
“But we don’t, we deliberately don’t want to open up if people’s language opens up disgrace. We just focus, Mr. Prabowo, Mr. Gibran said we want to do a, b, c, d all kinds. And if we talk about doing something, it’s not just “In the future, we have also done it, Pak Prabowo has done it, Mas Gibran has also done it in their respective places,” said Doli.
It says Prabowo and Gibran will not look for other people’s mistakes. They will focus on conveying the vision and mission for Indonesia in the future.
“So TKN together with Pak Prabowo and Mas Gibran in the debate focused on not wanting to find people’s faults, right, because if you want to look for it a lot, if you want to look for it a lot. We are focused on inviting Indonesia, let’s work together that “We have a program to build the nation in the future, a, b, c, d, that’s the focus,” said Doli.
He said he would not use an attacking strategy in the debate. His party will provide political education to the public.
“Yes, we agree so far that’s how it is, yes. We also want to learn, the debate also provides political education about ethics, about how to be polite, choosing appropriate words, that’s what we also have to continuously provide learning to our society,” he concluded.
