Legendary American professional wrestling player Hulk Hogan (70) made headlines after rescuing a teenage girl from a car that overturned in a car accident.
According to TMZ Sports and USA Today on the 15th (local time), Hogan rescued a 17-year-old girl who was trapped in a car that overturned in an accident in Clearwater, Florida, on the night of the 14th.
At the time, Hogan was riding in a car with a friend when he witnessed the accident, stopped the car, and immediately went to the rescue. Hogan went to the overturned vehicle with his friend Jake, a former Marine, and detonated the airbag with a ballpoint pen he had with him. He then allegedly unfastened his seatbelt and helped the girl get out of the car safely. Fortunately, the girl was reported to have suffered no major injuries.
Photos from the scene released by TMZ show Hogan wearing a blue bandana and a shirt with the logo of the nWo, a professional wrestling group he was once active in, watching the scene of the accident being resolved. Hogan’s friend was also captured running to help.

Hogan worked in the world’s most famous wrestling organization, WWE, from the mid-1980s to the early 1990s, and is considered a professional wrestling legend. He is better known by his ring name, Hulk Hogan, than by his real name, Terry Gene Bolia. He was also inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, but was kicked out in 2015 following controversy over racist comments he made.
Hogan is also known as a devout conservative evangelical Christian. He has given testimony of his faith on TV several times in the past. Last December, he received water baptism (baptism) at Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Florida. The pen used to save the girl this time was also received from this church. Meanwhile, Hogan held his third wedding ceremony with his wife Skye Daley (45) in September last year.
