On February 15, he sent a copy of the message he received to Aurélie’s brother and sister-in-law, but made them believe that it dated the day before and not the end of January.
And he only went to report his disappearance to the gendarmerie, at their insistence, on February 23. On April 7, his body was finally discovered by the gendarmerie, hidden in a concrete sarcophagus recently poured under a wooden platform, at the couple’s own home.
In court, Samire Lymani argues that his partner must have been killed by one or more unknown persons during his absence, from January 28 to February 6.
