Libreville, Saturday January 13, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – The “Moulele Building” inaugurated this Friday, January 12, 2024 in this town located not far from Libreville offers an ideal and dream working environment for staff.

The building sits proudly in the heart of the 2e district of the commune of Owendo. Built on an area of ​​500 m2 and at a cost of 2.7 billion F, the “Moulele Building” is an architectural gem with a futuristic look. The infrastructure, owned by Holding HPO & Associés, was inaugurated yesterday in the presence of a good part of the Gabonese political and economic elite including the Minister of Mines, Hervé Patrick Opiangah, and the president of the Gabonese Business Federation ( FEG), Henri Claude Oyima. We could also note the presence at this grandiose ceremony of Alexandre Barro Chambrier, president of the Rally for the Fatherland and Modernity (RPM) and the division general, Arnaud Sandri Nombo, special delegate of the commune of Owendo, among others guests. Personalities whose presence enhanced the brilliance of this event rich in sounds and colors.

Due to its size, this building was designed to provide staff with an ideal working environment. “The word that, in my opinion, best characterizes this place is sharing. It was designed to facilitate exchanges and enable us to work better together,” said Jennyfer Batolo, architect. “What attracts attention is the comfort and beauty of the place, creating a pleasant working atmosphere. The building was designed to meet the needs of teams, to improve working methods, and facilitate collaboration and sharing. The word that, in my opinion, best characterizes this place is sharing. It was designed to facilitate exchanges and enable us to work better together,” she continued. “The use of LEDs for lighting helps reduce energy consumption. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art fire safety system and optimized thermal comfort, contributing to its overall performance. It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility by making their journeys easier,” she said.

In his capacity as spokesperson for the Directors of the Holding of the HPO & Associés group, Lin-Joël Ndembet wanted to thank everyone for honoring their presence at this ceremony. “Your presence in these places testifies to your commitment to promoting national industries, to supporting our businessmen, to strengthening our economic fabric, in order to build together a prosperous and enviable Gabon,” he indicated. . For him, this event “is the realization of a work which contributes to the economic and industrial development of our country and the well-being of our populations”.
