Mexico City has defeated New York City, after an American user highlighted that the subway in the Mexican capital is much better than that of the Big Apple.

Through a video of approximately one minute on the TikTok platform, the user Girl Who Made Churros Waffles assured that the CDMX Subway is very clean and warm, contrary to that of New York City, which is ugly and smells bad. .

At first glance, the American user was impressed by the bright and clean floors and walls, taking the Lázaro Cárdenas station on Line 9 (coffee) as an example.

“Mexico City has 22 million people and about five million people use the metro every day. And I’m not saying that the Mexican subway is a place that is never dirty, but I have definitely been impressed by how Mexicans know how to act on the train and respect each other,” he added.
