T-Pain Banned from GTA V RP Servers Due to GTA VI Involvement

Rapper Faheem Rashid Najim, better known as T-Pain, can no longer play on the Grand Theft Auto V RP servers due to the fact that he was brought in to work on Grand Theft Auto VI. He spoke about this during a broadcast on Twitch.

Previously, T-Pain regularly appeared on the role-playing servers of the NoPixel project. One of the fans noticed that he had not seen the artist in the game for a long time and asked him what the reason was. T-Pain replied that this was due to a requirement from Rockstar Games. However, he did not specify what exactly he helps developers with.

I used to work on NoPixel, then I started working on GTA VI, and they told me that I could no longer go to RP servers because there was a contradiction. They gave me a whole speech: “What if someone took your album and re-recorded it so more people listened to it?” I said, “Okay, I kind of understand, but I had a good time. No problem, that’s fine.” Then I started working with them on a game, and then they teamed up with people who do RP projects, and I was like, “Wait, what? What the hell?” Everyone tells me I can’t do it, and then you team up with them?”

The premiere trailer for GTA VI was published on December 5th. The game is scheduled for release in 2025 on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles, the exact release date will be announced later.
