The day before the election, a pile-up car accident occurred in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City! At around 8 p.m., a man drove a Tesla and was about to go home from Zhonghe. He passed the intersection of Sanmin Road, Zhonghe District and Zhongzheng Road. At that time, in order to avoid a left-turning motorcycle, he drove directly into the opposite lane and crashed into it. Three cars and two motorcycles hit the road, causing minor injuries to the female driver of one of the BMWs and sending her to the hospital. The driver who caused the accident told the police that he actually felt chest tightness while driving.
At an intersection, a white Tesla was driving forward. When it encountered another motorcycle, it was about to turn left. The Tesla went around to the left, flashed, and then continued to drive forward, but the car was facing the opposite lane and going in the opposite direction. While driving, he didn’t have time to apply the brakes and crashed directly into a row of cars waiting at a red light. Three cars and two motorcycles were affected.

The car accident resulted in a woman being sent to hospital with minor injuries.

Traffic Division Captain Zheng Wenjie said that the cause of the accident still needs to be clarified. After investigation, none of the drivers at the scene were drunk driving. Since the accident had affected traffic, the police of this branch immediately notified the tow truck to arrive at the scene to assist.
I accidentally swerved and hit five cars in the opposite direction. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous.
