The Russian housing and communal services sector is practically paralyzed: after a series of heating and electricity outages in the Moscow region, houses are being attacked by rodents.
In Lyubertsy, near Moscow, residents of the 17-storey building of the Lyubertsy residential complex have been terrorized by huge rats for several months now. In one of the apartments on the 11th floor, a large rodent is running around under the suspended ceiling. It moves at high speed at any time of the day and at any moment can tear the ceiling and literally collapse on people’s heads.
Other rats are not at all afraid of people; sometimes they bump into their feet on the staircase and run away further. Shocked residents may not come to their senses so quickly after such a meeting.
As residents of the building told SHOT, they complained wherever they could to get rid of the unpleasant neighborhood. They were promised to resolve the issue, but rats continue to attack their house. Now concerned residents have filed a complaint with the prosecutor’s office and are preparing a lawsuit.
Earlier it was reported that a schoolgirl in a Kursk school failed under the floor after renovation for 120 million rubles. A 9th grade student fell into a 2-meter hole and miraculously survived, but her parents are afraid to make the emergency public.
Before that in the Moscow region frozen missile attack warning point. Residents of several cities near the capital of the Russian Federation were forced to light fires in their yards in order to somehow get warm.
