Instituto Welcomes Seventh Reinforcement for 2024 Season of Professional League: Defender Miguel Brizuela Joins from Vélez

Instituto confirmed this Wednesday the arrival of its seventh reinforcement for the 2024 season of the Professional League.

This is defender Miguel Brizuela, 27 years old and from Vélez. The left-handed defender spent his entire career at the Liniers club from where he arrives on loan with an option to purchase.

With the Fortín shirt, the club from which he emerged, he played 96 games and scored six goals, since his debut in 2020.

“I am very happy to arrive at this great institution, I come to add everything I can to the group and the team,” he expressed.

Days ago, another central defender, Victor Cabrera, had arrived from Tigre, to replace the departures of Ezequiel Parnisari and Leonel Mosevich, both to Chile. Brizuela is already training with the team that is waiting for a right midfielder and a forward.

Before, goalkeeper Marcos Peano, defender Cabrera, midfielders Rodrigo Perez and Stefano Moreyra, plus forwards Ignacio Russo and Silvio Romero had arrived.
