Job Description :
DTMV & Associates, research for its Paris office, a freelance associate lawyer (M/F) specializing in business law – advice and litigation.
As part of a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, the candidate will be required to work in consulting and litigation in commercial and corporate disputes, subcontracting, industrial risks and will also be able to intervene on ethics and compliance issues, advertising and all aspects of employment law.
Profile of the candidate(s):

1 year of experience in a firm (internships included);

Holder of CAPA, a 3rd cycle in business law (Master II, DJCE, etc.) and ideally completed with dual training (Business School, Sciences Po, LLM);

Excellent level of written and oral English, integrating professional practice to support international clients;

Rigor and excellent writing skills.
