Xbox announced, this Tuesday (9), its first event of 2024: the Developer Directwhich in 2023 happened in the same period.
This year’s broadcast already has an exact date and some preliminary information to gauge expectations, including the 10 minute promise from Indiana Jonesin development by Machine Games, from Bethesda

The event will take place at January 18, 2024, at 5pm Brasília time, and guarantees “more details on a selection of highly anticipated games coming to Xbox Series X|S, PC and Game Pass”. “You are about to hear exciting news about some of the incredible games coming to Xbox”, endorses the Brazilian post on the official website.

The highly anticipated Indiana Jones will feature 10 minutes “of gameplay and development, including details on the theme and story, how players will actually play as Indy, additional details on the upcoming adventure around his world” and even a first gameplay.
AvowedObsidian’s next big RPG, will have the first details of the “gameplay experience” of this world “set in the vibrant and fantastic land of Living Lands”.
Another promise is Ara: History Untoldfrom Oxide Games, a studio founded by veterans of the strategy genre and creators responsible for classics like Civilization V.
Hellblade 2 will also be at the presentation, showing “behind the scenes at the studio in Cambridge, England, for more details on how they are developing” the game and the “meticulous care” of the team.

Finally, right after the main event, The Elder Scrolls Online will have, at 6 p.m on the same day, a presentation about the game’s next major expansion, “with a new zone, narrative and other main functions” arriving in this year’s biggest update.
