While the Samsung Micro LED looks like a piece of transparent glass with chip which is very small and the manufacturing process is precise so there are no more streaks and refraction of light.
This allows transparent Micro LEDs to create clear, unobstructed images, for a variety of use cases in homes and corporate environments.
With a modular design that allows users to adjust the screen shape, size and ratio to fit any space, Micro LED LED is a truly innovative display technology.
Samsung’s years of research and development, stemming from its semiconductor expertise, have resulted in an effective process that allows the LED chip operation circuit to be directly deposited on the glass.
Latest OLED Product Range
Moving on to LED products, Samsung’s 2024 OLED TVs build on last year’s models, for example the S95D model which offers an ultra-large 77-inch screen for high detail, high frame-rates and sharp video.
The screen is 20% brighter than the previous model, with deep blacks and color accuracy enhanced by AI and Pantone ValidatedTM.
Samsung has also introduced the S90D and S85D models in various sizes, ranging from 42 inches to 83 inches.
The latest ‘OLED Glare Free’ technology is designed specifically for 2024 OLED displays, maintaining color accuracy and reducing reflections while maintaining image sharpness to ensure an immersive viewing experience, even in daylight.
A low-reflection coating optimized for OLEDs overcomes the trade-off between gloss and reflectivity thanks to a special hard-coating layer and a new surface coating pattern.
Apart from being Samsung’s brightest OLED screen, the S95D screen also has a high refresh rate of up to 144Hz, so sports fans and gamers can enjoy smooth and clear movements.
