Russian Presidential Elections 2024: Consulates in Unfriendly States May Not Have Polling Stations

Russian consulates in some unfriendly states may not have polling stations for presidential elections. This was reported by a source in diplomatic circles.

“The possibility of canceling voting at consular offices where voting stations are set up is being discussed, and the final decision will be made in January,” a source told the Vedomosti newspaper. The reasons for this decision, the report said, are related to the safety of voters and the reduction in the number of consular workers.
