We teamed up with the talented pianist and composer Hania Rani to explore the rich and complex layers of Bowmore through the artist’s unique perspective. Music and the expressive Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Whiskey share the same purpose. A variety of different sounds are carefully and skillfully blended together to create a harmonious and charming melody, just like every sip of Bowmore whiskey, exciting the senses and nourishing the soul.
Hania was born in Poland and is a pianist with professional classical music training. Her works belong to the neoclassical school, and she is good at improvising and composing her own music. She uses this unique way of communication to interpret and display her inner artistic world. Her rich and diverse style characteristics allow her to transcend the category of a musician and shine on the artistic stage.
Hania spent an unforgettable time on Bowmore’s charming island home, Islay. She immersed herself in the world of Bowmore and was attracted by these extraordinary wines, which are the result of hundreds of years of craftsmanship and heritage. , impressed. The winery’s legendary cellar No. 1 has a constant low temperature and humidity environment and suitable storage conditions due to its location below sea level. Most of Bowmore whiskey is aged here, waiting for its gorgeous transformation amid the lapping of the waves.
The oak barrels used for Bowmore aging include bourbon barrels, sherry barrels and red wine barrels. The liquor matures gradually in barrels, developing a full and mellow flavor; after being authenticated by professional whiskey makers, the liquor is bottled. The fusion of peat, barley, sea breezes, water, wood, craftsmen and manufacturing traditions has allowed the legacy of Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Whiskey to continue to this day.
