The police have completed a series of checks on the cast movie porn production house in the South Jakarta area. The actors were not detained even though they were named suspects.
Monitoring detikcom, Monday (8/1/2024), one by one the pornographic film actors left the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya building. Starting from Fatra Ardianata, Melly 3GP, to Virly Virginia rushed to leave Polda Metro Jaya.
Head of Cyber Sub-Directorate Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Ardian Satrio Utomo said a total of 9 people underwent examination today. They are Anisa Tasya Amelia alias Melly 3GP (ATA alias M), Virly Virginia (VV), Putri Lestari alias Jessica (PPL), NL alias Caca Novita (CN), Zafira Sun (ZS); Arella Bellus (ALP aka AB), MS, and SNA.
Then the male actor who was present at the investigator’s examination today was Fatra Ardianata (AFL).
Ardian said the other two actors were not present at the examination. Namely Siskaeee and the male actor named Bima Prawira.
“(Siskaeee) is not yet present. Meanwhile, the male talent on behalf of BP is sick,” said AKBP Ardian Satrio Utomo when contacted, Monday (8/1/2024).
Threat of 10 Years in Prison
Celebritygram Siskaeeee and 10 actors from a pornographic film directed by director I in South Jakarta were named as suspects. Siskaeee et al face up to 10 years in prison for this case.
“(Assuming) Article 8 juncto “Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography is punishable by a maximum imprisonment of 10 years and/or a maximum fine of IDR 5 billion,” said Dirkrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak in his statement, Thursday (28/12/2023 ).
The sound of Article 8:
Every person is prohibited from deliberately or with his own consent becoming an object or model containing pornographic content.
The sound of Article 34:
Any person who intentionally or with his own consent becomes an object or model containing pornographic content as intended in Article 8 shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of 10 years and/or a maximum fine of Rp. 5,000,000,000.00 (five billion rupiah).
