Snow Accumulations in New York and New Jersey: Latest Updates

In New Jersey and Connecticut, the accumulation reached 6 inches.

According to the National Weather Service, as of 7:00 a.m. this Sunday, Orange County, New York, recorded 13.1 inches.

While in Rockland County there were 4 inches of snow.

In the New York metropolitan area, the accumulations were less significant.

In Central Park only .2 inches were recorded, while at LaGuardia Airport in Queens, there are .3 inches accumulated.

While at JFK airport there was .1 inch and at Newark .4 inches.

Precipitation is expected to continue in several areas today, so these accumulations may increase.

So far no major incidents have been reported.
