Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI) released the results of a survey in the East Java region regarding the electability of presidential and vice presidential candidate pairs participating in the 2024-2029 Presidential and Vice Presidential Election. As a result, the electability of Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka is superior to the pair Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud Md and Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin).
In each DPR RI electoral district in East Java, LSI took a sample of 800 people using the multistage random sampling method. So the total sample is 8,800 respondents in East Java Province.
The survey was conducted using face-to-face interview techniques by trained interviewers. Sample selection was carried out using multistage random sampling with a margin of error of around ±1.1% with a confidence level of 95%.
In a survey released Friday (5/1/2024), LSI explained that Prabowo-Gibran’s electability was superior among East Java voters with a percentage of 46.7%. Second place is Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md with 26.6% and third place is Anies-Cak Imin 16.2%.

Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka: 46.7%
