Rules and Etiquette for Fan Service at Mito Holyhock Stadiums

Mito Holy Hook provides fan service during public practice and home games.
In order for everyone involved with Mito Holyhock to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please read this guide in advance, abide by the rules and etiquette, and be considerate of those around you.

Wearing a mask inside and outside the stadium, such as when visiting or watching a game, is an “individual decision.”
Staff and team members who greet customers may continue to wear masks.
We ask that all those attending the event respect their own independent decisions and not force anyone to put on or take off a mask against their will.
In addition, if you have symptoms such as coughing or sneezing, including hay fever, please be considerate of those around you as part of your cough etiquette, such as wearing a mask or covering your mouth and nose with a handkerchief.

Please enjoy interacting with the players at Atsumare and K’s Denki Stadium Mito.

Rules for fan service at stadiums (match venues)

●After the match, you will be able to sign autographs, take photos and videos, have a short conversation with members and non-member players (depending on the situation, the staff may ask you to speak to them), and give them gifts.
However, it is prohibited to shout out to players who are not members of the team during the match.
If there are a large number of fans and supporters waiting, depending on the situation, we may be able to interact with as many people as possible, such as by simply giving them a high five.

●Please refrain from using it in areas where there is traffic such as parking lots, various events, or areas where it may interfere with other customers.

●Please bring your own pen and colored paper to write your signature.

●Please keep the number of signatures within common sense.

Video recording is possible, but please include it in a short conversation and refrain from making unreasonable requests to the players, such as video messages.

●Due to conditions, schedules, etc., some players may refrain from providing fan service.

● Regarding fan service, we may not be able to meet the requests of all fans and supporters. Please note.

Rules for fan service at Atsumare (practice venue)

●You can sign autographs, take photos/videos, have short conversations, and give presents.
*Athletes eat immediately after training to maintain their condition. In addition, in order to be able to interact with as many fans and supporters as possible, conversations will be kept for a short time (depending on the situation, a staff member may ask to speak to you).

About gifts for athletes

●Perishable foods, homemade foods, unsealed foods, and foods whose contents are not listed are prohibited from the perspective of athlete condition management and doping prevention.

●Please note that we may not be able to accept food and drinks sent by mail, etc. if the sender cannot be verified by the athlete himself/herself.

●Regardless of the contents of gifts, club staff may inspect the contents for security reasons.

●Please note that it may take several days to reach the person in question, including practice holidays, office holidays, and game days.

●We cannot accept signatures sent by mail. Please refrain from sending signed colored paper or trading cards. Please note that we cannot return items you send.

Request for fan service when traveling for team expeditions etc.

When providing fan services during team outings or other public transportation facilities (stations, airports), hotels, and other public facilities, please be careful not to disturb nearby customers or facilities.
Depending on the situation, the player may decline your request, or club staff may contact you.
