Nominated for another ideal 11
Cristiano Ronaldo, despite not being in the IFFHS ideal 11, will seek to be on the FIFPRO honor roll on January 15, who recently revealed the 23 candidates.

In the midst of so much distinction, Cristiano Ronaldo won the Maradona Award this week.
The Maradona Award was given at the Dubai D’or gala, held in the United Arab Emirates and organized by Globe Soccer. And it is awarded to the top scorer of the year regardless of criteria, and in that sense, “CR7” finished with 54 goals during 2023.
The Globe Soccer Awards have been held since 2010, but starting in 2021, the category was added in tribute to the Argentine idol, Diego Maradona, who died on November 25, 2020. The award has already been awarded to Robert Lewandowski and Kylian Mbappé.
