The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, responded to Kadyrov’s request to dismiss 20 Ukrainian prisoners of war in exchange for the lifting of sanctions on his family members, planes and horses.

If he doesn’t know, they will tell him. But, believe me, he knows.
