In a gesture of loyalty and appreciation for his previous contributions, Al Hilal’s management, led by Fahd bin Nafel, decided to provide full support to Nawaf Al Abed, the team’s former midfield star, who is currently preparing to return to the field after recovering from a serious knee injury.
Al-Abed suffered this injury last February as a result of a fall at his home, which led to his name being dropped from Al-Shabab Club by an official decision from its management.
Now, Al-Hilal is preparing to welcome Al-Abed to the club headquarters to go through the final stage of his qualification program, benefiting from his experience as a free player under the supervision of a special coach, in a move aimed at accelerating his return process in the current winter period of the transfer market.
According to Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, Al-Abed, 33 years old, receives two offers from Al-Taawoun clubs in the Roshen League and Al-Qadisiyah in the Yellow League for the first division.
The star, Nawaf Al-Abed, began the final stage of preparation to return again, fully prepared.

It is noteworthy that Al-Abed, who began his career in the ranks of Al-Hilal’s youth teams and won 14 local and continental championships with him, moved to Al-Shabab in the summer of 2020 in a free transfer deal, by decision of the club’s management.
