Lucknow: Deepika Chiklia, who played Sita in the serial Ramayana telecast on Durdarshan, has also been invited to the Ram Temple dedication ceremony in Ayodhya. In an interview given to PTI, Deepika stated that she has received an invitation to the function to be held on January 22.
“We have also been invited to the ceremony to be held in Ayodhya on January 22. This is a historic moment. I consider it a great blessing in my life to play the role of Sita in Ramayana. It was a divine experience. I am one of the many actresses who played Sita. But everyone remembers me as Sita” – Deepika said.
