Honor officially unveiled its new phone, Honor X50 Pro, which came with improvements in specifications and an interesting design in addition to a competitive price, during an event held by the company today in China.

Honor began to focus on diversifying its series of phones, which it launches every year since the company was separated from Huawei, which was subjected to harsh sanctions that caused its decline severely. Honor attracted attention and began to achieve successes, so that its new devices became highly anticipated due to their quality and reasonable prices.

Honor X50 Pro specifications

The new phone comes with an interesting design, although it is very similar to the previous generation of the series, but it remains distinctive, especially considering the mid-range phones among which it can be classified.

The front is full screen with very small bezels and relative curvature on all four sides, and on the back, there is a camera placement in a circular shape with a shiny circle in the middle.

The screen in the phone is a 6.78-inch OLED with a resolution of 1200 x 2652 pixels and displays content at a refresh rate of 120 Hz.

Inside, the phone runs on a first-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 processor, which is a relatively old processor for leading phones, but it is a good option if the phone is classified as average.

The processor supports 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.

On the back, there is a main camera with a 1/1.67-inch sensor with a resolution of 108 megapixels and a lens aperture of f/1.75, supported by a second camera with a resolution of 2 megapixels. Unfortunately, the secondary camera with this number of pixels will not have a serious impact on photography, and it may be It’s there for background isolation or something like that.

As for the front camera on the phone, it is 8 megapixels, with an f/2.0 lens aperture.

Honor X50 Pro comes with a 5800 mAh battery and supports 35W fast charging.

The phone runs on the Android 13 operating system and the MagicOS 7.2 interface, and the system can be updated to Android 14 after a short period, as the company says.
