(CNN) An edited video that appears to show Palestinian men and at least two children being detained in a stadium in the northern Gaza Strip by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and stripped to their underwear has surfaced on social media. It’s on the market.
CNN has not been able to verify the date and time the video was taken. CNN confirmed the location of the video and found it was shot at Yarmouk Stadium in Gaza City.
CNN reached out to the IDF late Thursday for comment about the video and the children in its custody, but did not immediately receive a response. The IDF has previously said it strips detainees’ clothes to check whether they are carrying explosives.
Hundreds of Palestinian men and boys have been detained by Israeli forces in recent weeks.
In some videos, two people, who appear to be young boys wearing underwear, appear on the same screen, walking with their hands raised. The footage also shows IDF members giving instructions inside the stadium.
In another video, two people, believed to be the same boy, are stripped of their clothes and made to line up in a line with their hands raised above their heads. Some of the men appear to be teenagers and others are adults.
Throughout the video, the men are stripped of their clothes and are left in their underwear.
In some videos, detainees are seen sitting on the floor with their hands tied behind their backs. Some of them are blindfolded and lined up while being monitored and inspected by the IDF.
Some videos also show women and children being detained. In one video, three fully clothed women can be seen sitting on the grass in front of a soccer goal at the stadium, with their hands tied behind their backs.

The original video was uploaded to YouTube on the 24th of this month. According to his Facebook profile, the poster is said to be a photographer and artist.
The non-profit Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor said Israeli forces had detained hundreds of Palestinians from Gaza City’s Sheikh Radwan district, including dozens of women who were taken to Yarmouk Stadium. It said boys as young as 10 and people over 70 were forced to take off their clothes and lined up in front of women in humiliating ways.
