Pachuca, Hidalgo.- Tania Alessiwho participated in the contest Mexican Universaldied at the age of 27 after suffering a car accident in the Mexico-Pachuca highway.
The State Attorney General’s Office announced the death of the young woman through a statement published on social networks, in which they regretted her death and sent their condolences to her loved ones.
Local media reported that the accident occurred on December 29 at 6:00 a.m., when Tania lost control of her vehicle and then crashed into a pole.
Due to the speed the car was going and the impact, the car overturned. People who live in the area quickly called the police and an ambulance to treat the young woman, however, Alessi died instantly from the blows she received.
The young woman was originally from Pachucastudied law and worked as a ministerial agent, while dedicating time to modeling and Mexicana Universal.
In 2023 it was announced that she was one of the participants of Mexicana Universal and who sought to represent Hidalgo, her home state. The young woman obtained fourth place at the state level.
Tania described herself as a woman who loved her job, empowered and liked to help other people.
The young woman had a dream of helping breast cancer survivors, especially in the process of reconstructing their breasts.
“I seek to disseminate and make visible the options so that they can recover what Mexicana Universal is achieving in me, being an empowered, valuable, complete woman with self-love,” she wrote on her social networks.
