Ghaziabad: A young man died after jumping from a metro station in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad. It is reported that after killing his wife, he committed suicide by jumping from the metro station. Gaurav Sharma, who was staying in a rented apartment in Gurugram, died.
Gaurav, a native of Agra, reached Kaushambhi metro station at 10:30 am on Monday. He reached Kaushambhi after killing his wife Lakshmi Rawat at their home in Gurugram on Sunday. From the CCTV footage, he was seen jumping down from the railway platform. He died on the spot.
When Lakshmi was found murdered in her house, a one-year-old child was sitting next to the body and was crying. Then the police started an investigation to find Gaurav. Meanwhile, his body was found at Kaushambi, 30 km from Gurugram.
