Libreville, Friday December 29, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema yesterday handed over 10 vehicles and a check for 7 billion F intended for administrative and religious staff, roads and educational establishments in this province.
The Prime Minister, head of government, received yesterday from the President of the Republic, ten vehicles intended for administrative and religious staff, a check for 7 billion F, i.e. 5 billion F for roads and 2 billion F for educational establishments in the province of Ogooué-Maritime. Raymond Ndong Sima will subsequently be responsible for transmitting this donation from Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema to the lieutenant general, Pierre Rizogo Rousselot, delegate to the mayor of the city of Port-Gentil.
The grant from the Head of State follows his recent visit made on December 8 and 9 to this province and is a concrete response to the grievances raised by the populations. As a man in the field, he was able to touch on the reality that these populations face on a daily basis. In particular, in terms of roads falling into a state of disrepair. Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema “invited the city authorities to redistribute these rolling resources equitably to the beneficiaries listed in the localities of the province”.
