The coaches made several changes. The most significant is in the goal area, Adam Gajan, who has caught all the matches so far, will not participate in the duel. According to the published pre-match roster, he will not even be on the substitutes’ bench, Samuel Urban will enter the duel and Rastislav Eliáš will cover his back.
As in the last match, Dávid Nátny will be missing from the defenders, so Marián Moško will move to Maxim Štrbák in the first defense. The rest remain unchanged.
The coaches also had to make changes in the attack, Alex Čiernik, who did not finish the duel with Norway, will not play today. Roman Kukumberg moved to Dalibor Dvorský and Juraj Pekarčík in the second attack. Adam Žlnka, František Dej and Markus Suchý will be in the fourth.
For Nátne, the reason for the absence should be a virus, for Čiernik, an unspecified injury. The national team did not communicate Adama Gajan’s absence when the official roster was published.
