I hope what I am about to say will be published to protect future and current customers of this dishonest and brazen company.
We have been their customer for a year and a half, during which no one came to check after our repeated alerts on their mobile app and on the national phone how the cleaning of the entrance is being done – not at all. The cleaner that was coming just stopped coming and so 3 months of ringing and beeping until we were finally shaken by “Verdi-M 2003” Ltd.
The tandem of these 2 companies is disastrous for customers. They came from “Verdi-M” and only noted on the board that they had cleaned and left. After we warned them several times, they decided to add in the text that they were cleaning and we did not provide them with water. We set up tubes of water, which they most diligently poured down the drain.
We ran out of patience and decided to give up the services of “Login Manager” and it started to get on our nerves.
First, to give up, it is necessary to organize a general assembly “by them”, but they never have time for such.
Second, one month we had about BGN 800 in the general cash register, and after the cancellation request, we received a report that has neither periods nor information on what and when it was paid, and the amount became BGN 639.
Separately, they cut off the electricity at the entrance because they haven’t paid EVN for 2 months. After thousands of calls and e-mails we are still waiting for the second month of the amount from the till, if there is any amount left.
We visited their office in the “Rilon Center” on the 3rd floor to seek explanations, but we only got ramblings about how the employees had no information and how someone from the finance department would call us by the end of the day – it never happened.
