The Saudi Ministry of Interior issued a statement clarifying the implementation of the retaliation ruling on one of the Saudi perpetrators who killed another with a knife on his neck until he died. Below we present the statement and details of the case:
Miteb bin Muhammad bin Wadhan Al-Dosari – a Saudi national – killed – Falih bin Faris bin Falih Al-Dosari – a Saudi national – by stabbing him with a knife on his neck and back, which led to his death, due to a previous dispute between them.

By referring him to the competent court, an instrument was issued against him proving his conviction for what was attributed to him, and ruling that he be killed as a retaliation. The ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by Sharia and was supported by its authority.
The death sentence was carried out as retaliation against the perpetrator, Miteb bin Muhammad bin Wadhan Al-Dosari – a Saudi national – on Thursday 6/15/1445 AH corresponding to 12/28/2023 AD in the Riyadh region.
