Include good fibers like whole grains, oats, seeds, etc. in the diet as they help reduce water retention.

Start your day by drinking minka water, which consists of mixing water and golden raisins, boiling them, leaving it overnight, then filtering it and drinking it in the morning.

Eat foods rich in vitamin B6 and potassium, such as bananas, walnuts, peanuts, oats, and watermelon.
