The final design of the Skoda Elroq is still a secret, but the graphic artist combined the sculpture revealed in the spring with the front of the Vision 7S concept and also the enyaq. The boxy rear plays a practical note.
A number of months ago, Mladoboleslavská Škodovka unveiled six sculptures that revealed the brand’s future electric models. The closest thing to series production is the electric successor of the Karoq model, which we already know will be called the Elroq.
It is also known that it will be introduced in 2024 and that it will be around 4.5 meters long in the range of Škoda electric cars below the Enyaq. But that’s basically all – we can also expect the presence of the MEB platform and the drive of one or both axles.
In terms of design, we know even less. The basic shapes of the car can only be guessed from the sculpture, which the graphic designer Jan Lušovský combined with the front of the Vision 7S concept in one variant and with the nose reminiscent of the enyaq in the other variant. From the back, the illustrations of the car are again reminiscent of the Enyaq.
This is not the first illustration of elroq that we write about. However, it is closer to a practical karoq, especially in the rear part, which is quite boxy, probably in an effort to bring the most usable luggage. However, there are wings around the window of the fifth door to direct the flow of air behind the car.
