This is an activity and an initiative by the Fire Department, which has been carried out with great success for more than 30 years, every year as a tradition, managing to benefit and bring joy to hundreds of children.
The elements are in charge of this activity personally, receiving the toys that arrive at the stations, then selecting them and repairing those that are still used, are still in good condition, to be used again.
The toys can be of any type, however, it is requested that they not be warlike; By this he means that they are not toy weapons and that they do not refer to violence of any kind.
In addition to toys, citizens who wish can bring winter clothing such as jackets, sweaters, blankets and any garment in good condition that can be used for as long as winter lasts in the city, for those who need it most.
Some of the stations located around the city are: at 400 Urquidi Street, Santa Rosa neighborhood; on Avenida de las Américas SN, Colonia Panamericana; Lucrecia Casavantes, Santuario Gardens, Zarco; another on Prolongación Teófilo Borunda avenue 11901, Labor de Terrazas; to the south of the city on the Lealtad II neighborhood in the southern area of the Command; and a station on 500 Homero Avenue, Revolución.
