PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) Commissioner Andre Soelistyo sold 100,000,000 series A shares of his company on December 22 2023. The percentage of shares transacted was equivalent to 0.01%.
Quoted from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) information disclosure on Tuesday (27/12/2023), Andre sold GOTO shares with a transaction price of IDR 86. In this way, the former CEO of GOTO received funds of around IDR 8.6 billion. The purpose of the transaction is to pay credit facilities.
The number of Andre’s shares before the transaction was 9,981,555,284 or around 0.83%. After the transaction the shares decreased to 9,881,555,284.
The details are 3,147,530,184 series A shares and 6,734,025,100 series B shares. Andre’s share ownership percentage is now 0.82%.
“Total amount of ownership and percentage of ownership: 9,881,555,284 series A and series B shares or equivalent to 0.82% of the Company’s issued and paid-up capital,” wrote the information disclosure.
