Prabowo Supporters Urged Not to Be Provoked after Volunteer in Madura Shot
Deputy Commander of the TKN Prabowo-Gibran Golf Team Haryara Tambunan condemned the shooting of one of the figures and volunteers, Muarah, in Sampang, Madura Island. Haryana asked supporters and volunteers for presidential candidate number two not to be provoked.
Haryars condemned the action that took place on Friday (22/12). He handed over and entrusted this case to the police.
“Of course I am very angry and condemn this shooting, but as a country of law we should not be provoked and hand this case over to the police to thoroughly investigate who is the mastermind and motive for this shooting,” he said Tuesday (26/12/2023).
On the other hand, Haryana, which is also part of the Pandawa Lima volunteers, as head of mass mobilization, will provide assistance to victims by coordinating with the Prabowo-Gibran national campaign team.
“Yes, for that (aid), I plan to coordinate with TKN to distribute aid to the victims, both morally and materially,” he said.
As previously reported, Muarah was shot while discussing coffee in a shop, Friday (22/12). Suddenly there were two burly men riding on a Yamaha NMax motorbike. One of the men then fired two shots at Muarah, who immediately fell.
The Sampang Police Criminal Investigation Unit has not been able to reveal in detail the process of handling the shooting case. So far, it is not yet known who the unknown person (OTK) shot Muruah. However, Edi confirmed that the East Java Regional Police were backing up the investigation.
“There is definitely progress but this is still in the realm of investigation, we together with the team (East Java Regional Police) are still continuing to monitor in the field,” explained Sampang Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head Iptu Edi Eko Purnomo, Monday (25/12).
