The negotiation is led by agent Giuliano Bertolucci, who this year signed a partnership with Rodolfo Ximenes, the player’s representative. A few months ago, Chelsea, from England, even presented a proposal to Timão, but the amounts were rejected by Duilio Monteiro Alves.
