We have already put the completely sold-out zero number behind us. Now follows the official premiere of our Züri Quiz, which will take place several times a year in the future. Host Thomas Wyss, a former Tagi local reporter, brings his suitcase with him again, full to the brim with useless knowledge, tricky questions and a healthy portion of chaos – and opens it in the Cabaret Voltaire. Birthplace of Dada in 1916, this house has always been a place of the bizarre and unpredictable, and is therefore the ideal backdrop for our new format.
While last time we had to use a smell test to determine which cleaning product was a Zurich invention, which body of water Klaus Kinski once disposed of a corpse on or which Dada legends are true and which are false, this time it will be quite cheerful again, hopefully educational and certainly sociable .
The quiz lasts (for real this time!) twice 45 minutes plus additional time. Anyone who – to put it in youthful terms – somehow “feels” Zurich can take part. And of course there is a lot to be won.
