I want to convey the fact that in our country, the smoking rate has increased from 27 to 33% in the last 10 years, while, for example, in America it has decreased from 21% to 11%. I believe that the state has the obligation to take care of its citizens and propose some concrete measures to reduce tobacco consumption. A key measure would be to raise the age for selling cigarettes from 18 to 21.

Myocardial infarction is the most feared complication of cardiovascular diseases

The most important thing is to call the emergency number 112, if we have the following symptoms:

  • pain in the chest with a constrictive character (GHEARA) that radiates:
  • in the left upper limb
  • behind
  • in the mandible

Cardiovascular diseases can be prevented by maintaining a healthy lifestyle: avoiding active and passive smoking, classic or electronic
-doing at least 30 minutes of exercise every day
– avoiding excess salt, sugar and fat
– avoiding stress
– administration of medicines according to medical prescriptions, with the mention that they must be taken daily even in the case of alcohol consumption.
