She shed tears, saying, “My mother was a middle school teacher, but she resigned because she felt she had no respect for her students. I felt so sorry that she was also responsible for the crime her child committed.”
Also, “There is still a social perception that female drug users are viewed more negatively. It was a bit difficult to overcome being talked about negatively in terms of sexuality. After coming into contact with drugs and experiencing my life and the lives of those around me being ruined, I realized that other people did not have the same experience as me. “I thought it would be nice,” he confessed.
Last year, Seo Min-jae became embroiled in a controversy over drug use by posting on his personal account, “Nam Tae-hyun’s drug box” and “There is a used syringe in the company cabinet.” At the time, Seo Min-jae and Nam Tae-hyun claimed that the incident occurred due to strong emotions caused by a fight between lovers, but a police investigation began after reports from netizens who saw the incident.
In the end, Seo Min-jae and Nam Tae-hyun both admitted to the charge of purchasing 0.5 grams of Philopon in August 2022, diluting it with alcohol at Seo Min-jae’s residence, and taking the drug together. Nam Tae-hyun also admitted to the charge of administering 0.2 g of Philopon by diluting it in water in December 2022.
Nam Tae-hyun is currently living at the Incheon Dark drug addiction rehabilitation facility. Seo Min-jae changed her name to Seo Eun-woo and expressed her will to live a new life, but on ’60 Minutes Tracking’, she showed no reflection by saying, “I did drugs because my boyfriend (Nam Tae-hyun) told me to do it,” causing controversy.
The prosecution sought 1 year and 6 months in prison for Seo Min-jae and 2 years in prison for Nam Tae-hyun. The sentencing date for the two men is scheduled to be held on January 18, 2024.
